WhatsApp AI Agent
A WhatsApp assistant that answers questions, checks real calendar availability, books the appointment, and logs the lead, all inside the same chat.
- The problem
- Enquiries were coming in on WhatsApp all day, and someone still had to check the calendar, book the appointment by hand, and copy the lead into a spreadsheet. When things got busy, some of it got missed.
- The system I built
- An AI agent in n8n that reads each WhatsApp message, checks the calendar for real availability, books the appointment directly, logs the lead in a spreadsheet, and replies in the same chat. It remembers the conversation, so it never asks the same question twice.

Inbox-to-Database CV Pipeline
Every CV that comes in gets read, sorted, and filed away automatically. Nobody has to type anything in by hand.
- The problem
- Their inbox was basically a black hole. CVs came in every format under the sun and never made it anywhere useful.
- The system I built
- A system in Make that watches the inbox, pulls out the candidate's details with AI, cleans it up, and drops a tidy record into Airtable. No duplicates, properly tagged.

A single portal where clients can sign up, check on their project, and pay their invoice, instead of juggling three different tools.
- The problem
- Onboarding, updates, and invoices were scattered across email, spreadsheets, and a payment link. Clients kept getting confused, and payments kept coming in late.
- The system I built
- A Laravel app where clients log in and see everything in one place: project status, invoices, and automatic onboarding emails, all pulled straight from the team's project board.

Client Onboarding Agent
A new client fills out one form, and everything else happens on its own: a welcome email, a contract, and a heads-up to the team, all drafted and ready in minutes.
- The problem
- Every new client meant the same manual scramble: write a welcome email, draft the contract, remember to tell the team. It was easy to forget a step, and it never happened at the same speed twice.
- The system I built
- A workflow in n8n that cleans up the form submission, then runs two AI agents in parallel: one drafts the welcome email, the other drafts the contract, both saved straight into Gmail as drafts. A Slack message lets the team know a new client just came onboard.

Questions people actually ask.
Do you only work with startups and founders?
No. I build automations and websites for any business, in any industry, whether that's a
five-person team or an established company. If the work is slow, manual, or duct-taped
together, I can probably fix it.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need; a simple automation costs a lot less than a full website or a
multi-step AI system. Tell me what you're trying to fix on a free call and I'll give you a
fixed price before any work starts, not an hourly guessing game.
How long does a project take?
Most projects ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Bigger builds take longer, but you'll get a
realistic timeline upfront, not an optimistic one.
I'm not technical. Can you still help me?
Yes, that's most of my clients. You don't need to know what an API or a webhook is, you
just need to know what's slow or annoying in your business. I'll handle the rest and
explain it in plain English.
Do you only use no-code tools, or can you write custom code too?
Both. A lot of automations are faster and cheaper to build in n8n or Make. When something
needs more control or speed, I write it in Python, Laravel, or plain JavaScript instead. I
pick whatever actually fits the job, not whatever's trendy.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You get a walkthrough, clear documentation, and 30 days of support included, so if
something needs adjusting once it's live, I'm still around for it.
Do you work with businesses outside Nigeria?
Yes. I'm based in Nigeria but work with clients worldwide, remotely, across time zones. Calls
and project updates happen async or over a quick video call, whatever's easiest for you.
