AI Automation
AI that reads, drafts, and sorts things for you all day, so your inbox and busywork basically handle themselves.
I build websites and automations that never clock out.
I'm Olakiitan, an AI Automation Engineer and Web Developer helping businesses turn manual work into systems that run themselves. Python, n8n, Zapier, Make, AI, and clean code.

// By the numbers
At the end of the day, automation just means less busywork for you.
I judge every project the same way: how much time it gives back, how many mistakes it catches, and how much money stops slipping through the cracks.

// About
The engineer behind the automation.
Most businesses don't have a growth problem, they have a workflow problem. I'm Olakiitan, and I build the websites, automations, and integrations that fix that: catching leads, moving data, and cutting out repetitive manual work, so most clients get back 10 to 20 hours a week.
- End-to-end automation with n8n, Make, Zapier, and custom Python scripts
- AI chatbots and assistants built on OpenAI and Claude
- Websites and apps in Laravel, WordPress, and modern JavaScript
- API integrations that connect the tools you already run on

Everything, start to finish.
From the first line of code to the day it goes live, it's just me. One person, one invoice, no handoffs.
AI Chatbot Integration
A chatbot trained on your own docs that can actually answer questions and qualify leads, on your site, WhatsApp, or wherever you need it.
API Integration
If two of your tools should be talking to each other and aren't, I'll connect them so your data lives in one place instead of five.
Business Systems
Billing, onboarding, reporting: the back-office stuff, built properly so you're not rebuilding it in a year.
Web Development
Websites that load fast, work on every phone, and are actually built to convert, not just look nice.
Workflow Automation
I connect the tools you already use, so the repetitive stuff (data entry, follow-ups, status updates) just happens on its own.
// Selected work
A few things I've actually built.
These are systems I built for real businesses, and they're all still running today.
✦ AI Agent · WhatsApp
WhatsApp AI Agent
A WhatsApp assistant that answers questions, checks real calendar availability, books the appointment, and logs the lead, all inside the same chat.
- The problem
- Enquiries were coming in on WhatsApp all day, and someone still had to check the calendar, book the appointment by hand, and copy the lead into a spreadsheet. When things got busy, some of it got missed.
- The system I built
- An AI agent in n8n that reads each WhatsApp message, checks the calendar for real availability, books the appointment directly, logs the lead in a spreadsheet, and replies in the same chat. It remembers the conversation, so it never asks the same question twice.

✦ AI Agent · Client Onboarding
Client Onboarding Agent
A new client fills out one form, and everything else happens on its own: a welcome email, a contract, and a heads-up to the team, all drafted and ready in minutes.
- The problem
- Every new client meant the same manual scramble: write a welcome email, draft the contract, remember to tell the team. It was easy to forget a step, and it never happened at the same speed twice.
- The system I built
- A workflow in n8n that cleans up the form submission, then runs two AI agents in parallel: one drafts the welcome email, the other drafts the contract, both saved straight into Gmail as drafts. A Slack message lets the team know a new client just came onboard.

✦ WordPress · Construction Directory
Visit Live Site
Connect.SheltaMart
A business directory and marketplace built for Nigeria's construction industry: contractors, suppliers, and service providers list, get found, and connect, with listings, a marketplace, job postings, and events all in one place.
- The problem
- Nigeria's construction supply chain ran on word-of-mouth and scattered listings. Finding a verified contractor, supplier, or service provider meant asking around, not searching.
- The system I built
- A full WordPress site on Astra with Directorist doing the heavy lifting: category and location-based search, featured and premium listings, a marketplace for buying and selling, job postings, and an events section, built and launched end to end.

✦ WordPress · Real Estate
Visit Live Site
SORS Investment Company
A real estate investment company site built to walk visitors through the full lifecycle: build, monetize, and manage property assets, with dedicated sections for services, live projects, and listings.
- The problem
- SORS needed a site that read as a serious investment company, not a listings page: something that explained how they actually operate (build, monetize, manage) and gave prospective partners and clients real projects and listings to look through, not just a pitch.
- The system I built
- A full WordPress site on a custom PHP theme built from scratch: the real-estate-lifecycle narrative up front, then Services, Projects, Listings, and Insights as their own proper sections, built and launched end to end.

// Reviews
What people say after we've worked together.
"I used to follow up with every lead myself. Now the system does that, and I only step in once someone's actually ready to talk. I get my mornings back."
"Onboarding a new client used to eat a full day of someone's week. Olakiitan set up a system that does it quietly in the background now, and I stopped thinking about it."
// FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
Do you only work with startups and founders?
No. I build automations and websites for any business, in any industry, whether that's a
five-person team or an established company. If the work is slow, manual, or duct-taped
together, I can probably fix it.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need; a simple automation costs a lot less than a full website or a
multi-step AI system. Tell me what you're trying to fix on a free call and I'll give you a
fixed price before any work starts, not an hourly guessing game.
How long does a project take?
Most projects ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Bigger builds take longer, but you'll get a
realistic timeline upfront, not an optimistic one.
I'm not technical. Can you still help me?
Yes, that's most of my clients. You don't need to know what an API or a webhook is, you
just need to know what's slow or annoying in your business. I'll handle the rest and
explain it in plain English.
Do you only use no-code tools, or can you write custom code too?
Both. A lot of automations are faster and cheaper to build in n8n or Make. When something
needs more control or speed, I write it in Python, Laravel, or plain JavaScript instead. I
pick whatever actually fits the job, not whatever's trendy.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You get a walkthrough, clear documentation, and 30 days of support included, so if
something needs adjusting once it's live, I'm still around for it.
Do you work with businesses outside Nigeria?
Yes. I'm based in Nigeria but work with clients worldwide, remotely, across time zones. Calls
and project updates happen async or over a quick video call, whatever's easiest for you.

Does your business feel busy but inefficient?
No more chasing leads or copying data between tools. Tell me what's slow or manual, and I'll fix it, usually within 2 to 3 weeks.
How it works
- Discovery call A free 30-minute call to figure out what's actually going on and what "done" looks like.
- Build I build it in stages you can actually see, not a black box for six weeks.
- Handover You get a walkthrough, clear docs, and a month of support, so you're never stuck.
Usually reply within a day.
